Old Dakota Torques it Up to Rescue Snow-Stranded Semi

Automakers love to flaunt the towing capacity of their pickup lineups, promising that elusive combination of power and torque that can get any job done. But this might be the best ad in history for a 14 year-old truck.

The 2000 Dakota SLT quad cab 4×4 4.7L V8 comes to rescue a semi that’s gotten stuck in the snow, and (once in the proper gear) pulls the enormous truck out with little effort. This guy is not only a Good Samaritan, but also an excellent advertisement for Dodge trucks.

Check out this awesome winter rescue!
